At CartFX, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be free from installation marks, wear, or signs of use.

Custom-built or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
- A 20% restocking fee may apply.
Exchanges

Need a different size, fit, or part? We’re happy to help with exchanges, subject to availability.

Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as returns.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after return approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect, CartFX error, or damage during transit.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

We’ll make it right ASAP — at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return

Email cs@cartfx.com with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for your Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Package the item securely and include your RA number.

Ship it back to us using your preferred carrier.
